Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
takeit.lol is a public digital leaderboard. You submit a product URL or social profile and pay to claim a position on the board. There is no recurring subscription, no user account required, and nothing to cancel. Using this website constitutes your agreement to the terms outlined below.
1. What TakeIt Is
TakeIt is an open, competitive leaderboard for software products, tools, websites, creators, and builders. Participants submit a public URL or profile and pay an amount to claim a rank on the leaderboard.
2. What You Are Buying
When you make a payment on TakeIt, you are purchasing a digital placement on the public leaderboard at the rank corresponding to your total bid.
- Rank is total paid: Every payment made to a listing is added to that listing's cumulative total. The leaderboard order is determined strictly by the total amount paid, highest first.
- Tie-breaking: If two listings have the exact same total, the one whose first payment settled earlier ranks higher.
- No algorithmic manipulation: There are no editorial picks, quality score multipliers, shadow weightings, or secret auction boosts. The order of the board is purely the order of the money.
- Positions are not permanent: Your rank is not guaranteed to remain indefinitely. Any other user can submit a listing, pay a higher total, and take a higher spot at any time. Being outbid and moving down the board is the normal, intended operation of the service.
- Purely digital service: This purchase provides digital placement on the TakeIt leaderboard. There are no physical goods or physical delivery involved.
3. Payment & Fulfillment
Pocketsflow acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through TakeIt. Pocketsflow handles payment security, checkout infrastructure, applicable sales tax and VAT calculations, and issues your purchase receipt and invoice.
A completed, verified payment is required to claim or increment a rank. As soon as payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway, your listing is automatically activated and placed onto the live leaderboard.
By purchasing a position, you request immediate performance of digital placement. You acknowledge that once your listing is published on the live leaderboard, the digital service is fully delivered.
4. Listing Requirements & Prohibited Content
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to submit the website URL or social profile you list. You agree not to submit any content or link to any website that contains, promotes, or facilitates:
- Illegal goods, services, or unlawful activities under applicable law
- Fraud, deceptive schemes, financial scams, or phishing
- Malware, spyware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious exploits
- Impersonation of individuals, brands, or entities without authorization
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive content
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, trade secret, or intellectual property rights
- Malicious redirects, link shorteners (e.g. bit.ly, tinyurl), or raw IP addresses
- Automated traffic generation, click fraud, or artificial spam
TakeIt reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these rules or that we are legally required to remove.
5. Removal and Refunds
Rule Violations: If a listing is removed for violating our prohibited content rules or applicable law, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law, or where digital placement cannot be delivered.
Being Outbid: Being outbid by another customer who pays more is the fundamental mechanism of TakeIt. Moving down the leaderboard as competitors bid is not a service defect, fault, or grounds for a refund.
Technical Errors: If your payment successfully settled but your listing failed to appear on the leaderboard due to a technical error, please contact support at prathamsrivastavas@gmail.com. We will investigate promptly and either activate your placement or issue a full refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Third-Party Links
Listings on TakeIt redirect visitors to external, third-party websites. TakeIt does not operate, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party websites, products, or services. You access third-party links entirely at your own risk.
7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
TakeIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and resolve technical issues quickly, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TakeIt's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the listing in dispute.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the latest revisions. Any changes will apply to future visits and bids, and will not apply retroactively to already settled transactions.
